《漢典》既然喺記入客家话 台湾四县腔 、梅县腔、海陆腔、粤语、潮州话嘅 「疓」字音韻，兼且加入外語意譯，多少反映「字」本身並不生僻，只係越來越少人講，而寫法亦確實罕見，要寫嘅話，唯有各人自由選擇同音或近音字便宜代用。敝鄉中山三鄉當地人口中，「疓」字嘅用頻絕對唔低過粵語人口中「攰」字 。至於寫法，我夠膽話識者幾稀矣，萬分之一都可能屬於高估。
